What: Going Solar
Where: Pensacola Public Library, 239 N. Spring St.
When: Tuesday February 8—5:30 pm
Join three local homeowners as they share their stories of adding solar energy systems to their homes. With more homeowners looking for energy independence and to reduce their environmental footprint, this is a great opportunity to learn from those who have already gone solar.
Home solar energy systems are booming in Florida, but there are still many questions about their viability. Hear directly from solar homeowners about issues such as installation, tax credits, savings on electric bills, insurance, performance and more.
This presentation is part of a regular presentation series on climate change and clean energy sponsored by 350 Pensacola. Since 2010, 350 Pensacola has worked for climate education and action as the only climate-focused organization in northwest Florida. For more information: 350pensacola@gmail.com.
