The Greater Pensacola Chamber’s Military Family Expo, Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m., at the Pensacola State College-Warrington Campus, 5555 Hwy 98, Pensacola, FL 32507, is an event designed to deliver qualified information on the area’s industries, services and resources that address the major “lifestyle” concerns of local military families on a day-to-day basis.
Attendees will learn about health or career, financial, legal or business opportunities, all under one roof, at the free Greater Pensacola Chamber’s Military Family Expo. Participating vendors including; Baptist Hospital, West Florida Hospital Behavioral Health, Nemours, Sacred heart /Ascension, Navy Federal Credit Union, the Escambia County School District, First Command: Planning for the Future, Bill Sheffield Realty, Main Street Properties, Pensacola News Journal, Landrum HR Workforce Solutions, USO, Pensacola Police Department, Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) and the presenting sponsor SERVPRO.
The Western Panhandle of Florida is home to one of the highest concentrations of active duty and civilian military personnel, veterans and military retirees in the nation. The region hosts four military installations including; NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field, Corry Station, Saufley Field, and parts of Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field.
The Military Family Expo is a way of putting together industries and resources that address the major concerns members of the armed forces face, all under the same roof at the same time. Additionally, many of the sponsors and exhibitors are Veteran-owned companies and hire Veterans, military spouses and their family members.
