An early Father’s Day commercial fire turned out to be a probable arson of a utility trailer. Battalion Chief Dan Brask advised that both he and Engine 7 arrived first and cancelled the box. Engine 6 immediately showed up after Chief Brask. It appeared to be an enclosed utility trailer and its contents that had burned. Following his initial cause and origin investigation, Battalion Chief Dan Brask said he suspected the fire was intentionally set following theft of the trailer’s contents. The Bureau of Arson and Fire Investigation and ECSO were notified to conduct further investigation.
