The City of Pensacola’s annual Neighborhood Challenge Grant Program is now accepting applications for the fiscal year 2017-2018 grant cycle, officials announced Friday.
Under the program, neighborhoods are able to receive grants of up to $10,000 to fund initiatives including beautification projects, signage, sidewalks, or other improvements. Match requirements can be fulfilled using cash, in-kind contributions, volunteer labor, or any combination of the three. A total of $49,900 in total funding is available this year.
Interested neighborhoods can visit the city website or contact Leslie Statler in Planning Services via email at email@example.com or via phone at (850) 435-1670. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018.
